Great value for money, a clean and comfortable option for budget travelers. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel's prime location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and local attractions. the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, offering a variety of fresh and delicious bread options.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and sometimes the connection was lost, especially in rooms located at the end of the hallway. the air conditioning system was not as powerful as expected, which made the temperature slightly uncomfortable during warmer days.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was close to the restaurants in Furumachi and just a short taxi ride away from the city center. It was also very close to the ocean and the ferry port, which was convenient for my travel plans. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Some of the towels have a weird smell, which can be unpleasant.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a hotel with very nice staff and a comfortable room. The room lighting and guidebook in English were both great. The hotel offered a free breakfast with coffee and several different types of bread. The location was key as it was close to a bus stop with frequent buses, a convenience store, and it was a quiet place to stay.

The hotel had limited facilities and the wifi connection was not strong in the rooms. Our room was quite far from the elevator so it was a bit of a walk every time we went in and out.
